Add your handle if you've ever messaged us on Instagram. Your message history is linked to your Instagram account rather than your email, so without it we can't find or remove those conversations.

Request type

Export my dataA readable page of every record we hold for your email — plus your Instagram data if you add your handle above. The machine-readable JSON is included in it.Delete my dataPermanently remove your personal information, including your message history. Order records remain for accounting but are scrubbed of your name, contact details and address. This cannot be undone.

Rate limited to one request per email per 24 hours.
